Analysing Digital Literacy Through Conversation

As part of my new job here at Rosebank College I need to get to know the teaching staff and how digitally literate they are. Over the past few days I’ve been putting together a list of questions to use in one-on-one conversations with staff. The answers from these questions will be recorded on paper then transferred into an online survey built using SurveyMonkey. Once I’ve spoken to the staff I’ll enter the collected data into the survey and generate some interesting metrics and reports. I will then use these reports as a basis for building the staff training program, identifying possible learning leaders and various skills gaps.
